Finally, everything is put away and I can walk around without running into things. all’s that’s left is the bathroom still needs to be painted and the toilet paper dispenser needs to be screwed to the wall. Soon, I will have a job and life will be how it should be…. Without school.

WebCam Is Back Up

Webcam is back up and running!!! but the apartment is still a mess so I probably will have the camera blurry until I have it cleaned up. Hopefully I’ll have enough time tomorrow to get everything put away I’m getting really sick of rearranging stuff though. So, OTHER THAN the six hundred dollars in cell phone overages I incurred last month… Everything is coming together quite nicely here in Duluth.

New Apartment

Well, a lot has happened in the past few weeks, I have moved to Duluth MN, I got my new internet provider set up and my webpage rebuilt, and I’m tired as hell. tomorrow I’ll have another long day of job hunting and cleaning up and I’m hoping to have my webcam up and running before the end of this week. Oh yea, I also have a cold… it sucks.

Best Buy Sucks

Ok, so I had an interview at Best Buy two weeks ago and I go in today to find out that I didn’t get the position… which sucks big time so now I’m just going to start applying everywhere and see if anyone will hire me. Aside from that, my lease on my apartment in Eveleth is up as of May 31st so I rented a place in Duluth for 450$ a month starting June 1st and the landlord is letting me in on May 28th to get all my stuff moved in so I don’t have to find a place to put my things for just one day. So that’s good I guess, but I won’t be happy until I have a job.

Well! I haven’t written for a while so here it is. I’m done working at Ainsworth the 29th of this month and I still have no job to replace it. I have my resume in with 5 company’s and haven’t heard back from any of them yet. Granted, for most of them the closing date for turning in resumes hasn’t passed yet so they probably wont call until they have heard from all applicants. in any case thou it sucks to have to wait to find out if I’ll have a job when I’m done at Ainsworth.
In all reality nothing else has changed. I will update as soon as I have a job and find out where I will be moving.

Horses on the Road

Ok, so last night I’m driving from Grand Rapids to Eveleth barreling up Highway 169 at a whopping 65 MPH began heading into marble and what do I see but six horses…. HORSES. I’ve never stopped a vehicle so quickly before, I went from sixty-five to zero in like one and a half seconds. I tell you, once I was stopped you could smell the burnt rubber and there was a could of dust. so first thing I did was call and ask if horses in the road was a good reason to call the cops…dad said yes. so I called the cops and I guess they took care of the horses in the road.
Aside from that I had a meeting with the network admin at the Virginia high school so next Monday or Tuesday I’ll know if I have a job or not

I realized today that when I move out of Eveleth I will be losing my Mediacom webspace which is really no big problem for me because wherever I get my internet from next will host my site no skin off my teeth. the problem is that every time I change internet providers I will be given a new address for my website, which means I have to keep making you people update your bookmarks, which sucks. so what I have done is bought the rights to the domain “ajcrazyo.com” (for a mere $4.95) and set it up to forward to any given web address. So when you type “ajcrazyo.com” into your web browser it will forward you onto whoever is hosting my site. Today its Mediacom, in a couple of months it could be Comcast and there may even be some time when I don’t have internet at all and will have to host my site at geocities(yahoo) or angelfire(lycos) but in ANY event the address “ajcrazyo.com” WILL direct you to my webpage.

Long Drive

Ok, right now its Sunday and its 5:15pm today I am going to Sioux Falls but instead of taking highway 35 all the way down to the bottom of the state then across on highway 90 I opted to go see my aunt Mary and uncle Jeff in Ortonville MN this required me to weasel my way diagonally through Minnesota until, that is, I left Ortonville after that I took a highway 15 in south Dakota which put me onto highway 29 which is where I am now…. Let me tell you a little something about roads in south Dakota they are SO straight that I am able to type this entry onto my laptop, listen to music at 5 billion decibels and drink a pop, all while barreling 80MPH down the straightest interstate in the world. I swear to you people if it wasn’t for the other people on the road, I would be able to set the cruise control and take an hour long nap and still be going straight as an arrow when I woke up… I mean seriously, I haven’t touched the wheel in 3 minutes and the car hasn’t moved even an inch off its path. So yea, I’m out of stuff to write about but I still have another 51 miles to go on this dam road so I’m just gonna start listing stuff I see as fast as I can type them.

Ice Rain

This last week was just great, Jenn came up on Friday to stay for the weekend but then Sunday came along and it did the whole ice rain thing so when it came time for her to leave she only made it about 10 miles before she turned around. So she called into work and told them she wasn’t going to make it, cause even if she did continue on she would of only been able to go about 20MPH so she wouldn’t of made it home until the end of her shift anyway. But all that worked out pretty well cause she had two more days off after Monday so she was able to stay until Thursday morning.
Now, she was here during the week but I still needed to go to school and work, so Monday she just stayed at the apartment then Tuesday I brought her to class with me and then I went to work solo, later that night when I got home from work I found out that she can cook cause when I stepped into the apartment there was dinner and it was SOOOOO good. Then on Wednesday she stayed at the apartment again while I went to skool and then she left on Thursday.
Aside from Jenn, On Monday I went on a field trip to check out a company in St. Cloud to see if I might want to work there… which I don’t. So now I am currently searching/applying for jobs in and around the cities, that’s all the info I have for now.
